Our equipment for oversize loads
Oversize transport requires the right combination of load, flatbed and loading equipment. Transport JKM draws on its 36-, 42- and 44-foot flatbeds, each with a capacity of 30,000 lb, along with the hydraulic ramp on its 42-foot flatbed.
Several lengths to accommodate your load
Different deck lengths let us work with loads of various sizes. Choosing a trailer length is part of planning the full move. Transport JKM considers the trailer’s specifications, the goods being moved, how they will be loaded and how they will be received.
Our 42-foot flatbed with a hydraulic ramp
The hydraulic ramp on our 42-foot trailer provides a loading option for suitable equipment. Our two 44-foot flatbeds and one 36-foot flatbed offer other deck sizes for planning the move.
Equipment and specialized transport
Equipment is only one part of oversize load transport. Transport JKM also plans the move around the goods and the loading methods. Equipment selection is part of that overall planning.
Additional handling equipment
The truck-mounted forklifts in Transport JKM’s fleet support certain unloading operations. Each has a capacity of 5,000 lb. They are used for goods within that capacity and where conditions allow; they are not suitable for every oversize load.
